A recipe from Althea Hughes Wills
Here’s a good raw oatmeal breakfast for you. Presoak oatmeal in 1 cup of water for about 30 minutes. Pour most of the water off if you have a “milk” you can pour over it. Mix with sweetener and cinnamon. Stir in apple, banana, and raisins.
This is the raw breakfast recipe that saved my life! Thanks so much to Althea for this!
