exerciseLet’s Spice IT UP

When you’ve eaten so many carrot sticks you start to turn orange…. When you can’t go to the gym because yesterday’s routine has left you immobile….when your butt takes 3 steps for every one step you take and you drank so much water you might as well forget about sleeping….

Where will you turn?

Hey you may as well pop over here and be miserable with the rest of us!!

So you know… this home page text will change as I am in the mood to change it. When I started 8 days ago I was in a punchy, excited "new blush of diet" kind of mood. Today I want chips!

I want to be healthy. I want to get rid of dimply jiggly saggy things hanging below my backside. I want to eat well, and I want to wear a bikini again.  But no one said this was going to be a cake walk!

So browse around. Feel free to praise and encourage, heckle, or add your own stories to my journey. After all,  low cal with a pal is much easier than going it alone!

If you have a health related blog or website

sumo ladyThen click up there where it says "ADD MY BLOG" and share your site with other poor souls who are up in the night chewing on celery while their stomach growls. We need the motivation of reading what YOU have to say! If you don’t put your link there, I’ll eat, and you don’t want to be responsible for THAT!! (===> no that is not me!) Just a friend of mine. :-) So go add your site, and then poke around and see if you find anything that’ll keep you on the straight and narrow for one more day, because it’s one day at a time in this house!

Be Naturally Well

This site is not only going to be a chronicle of my own journey, but I hope will be an inspiration, and a motivation to you. I am going to share what I do, and what the results are, and I am going to Be Naturally Well again. I am going to "define life"!

My Fat Loss Journal starts here.

The post I have linked to caught my attention, because we share the same sentiment. It is about not defaulting to the doctors surgery at the first sign of illness. I personally find that so many doctors, regardless of the symptoms just prescribe antibiotics or painkillers. Putting these chemicals into our body may quickly eradicate symptoms but they are also so bad for us and wouldn’t it be better to treat the cause rather than the symptom? [...]
