I want to blame it on the constant low pressure system hanging over the house, but I did not eat well over the weekend either so it’s hard to say why I feel so awful today. It’s probably a combination of both
I personally should be exercising 3 hours every day. Now I do not mean that 3 hours needs to be strenuous gut wrenching nauseatingly difficult. HOWEVER, I don’t move at all, so it needs to be at least an hour of strength training and real exercise, and at least 2 hours of just moving.
