A recipe from Althea Hughes Wills

Raw Breakfast Oatmeal

Here’s a good raw oatmeal breakfast for you.
1 cup Oatmeal
¼ cup Raisins
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Apple, diced
1 Banana, sliced
1 cup Water
Maple Syrup to taste

Presoak oatmeal in 1 cup of water for about 30 minutes. Pour most of the water off if you have a “milk” you can pour over it. Mix with sweetener and cinnamon. Stir in apple, banana, and raisins.
It’s quite tasty and filling.

  2. Remember to be careful of your combinations! And keep your grains intake either to a minimum or not at all…Good luck with Day 12!
