		<description>Here&#039;s a good raw oatmeal breakfast for you. 
1 cup Oatmeal
¼ cup Raisins
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Apple, diced
1 Banana, sliced
1 cup Water
Maple Syrup to taste

Presoak oatmeal in 1 cup of water for about 30 minutes. Pour most of the water off if you have a &quot;milk&quot; you can pour over it. Mix with sweetener and cinnamon.  Stir in apple, banana, and raisins.
It&#039;s quite tasty and filling.
